Shipping

We want to make sure you get your product on time, and in perfect condition, while limiting our impact on the environment.

For some products, anywhere in the world! Currently all Focal, iFi, and Audeze products are restricted by region and will not allow you to checkout if you are outside the USA. When you go to checkout you will see the shipping options and speeds for your region.

Orders ship Monday - Friday from Long Beach, California.

Most orders in the United States over will have a free shipping option:

Over $50 - Free UPS Ground

Over $500 - Free UPS 3 Day Select

Over $1000 - Free UPS 2nd Day Air

Over $3000 - Free UPS Next Day Saver

Order over $1000 may require a signature for delivery.

For items in stock, most ship within 24 hours. If there is going to be any delay we will let you know.

Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email from us with the tracking information. If you created an account at checkout you can also view tracking information by logging into your account. You can also track your order via the shop app: https://shop.app

We take our impact on the environment very seriously. Every shipment from Beach HiFi is carbon neutral. Our offsets are currently funding the Acapa – Bajo Mira y Frontera Forest Conservation Project in Columbia.

We also try to ensure that your package does not include unnecessarily large box sizes or extraneous packing materials.

Returns & Exchanges

To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 60 days to return your purchase.

Depending on bank processing time, a refund can take up to 10 business days to complete.

Abuse of the return policy may result in a rejection of future orders or return requests.

We reserve the right to deny a refund at any time in the process.

If you are based in the USA, we will cover return shipping. All international return costs will be the responsibility of the customer returning the item.

You can get an exchange for any other unit in inventory or a full refund less original shipping charges.

To receive a full refund, your item should be as close to new condition as possible. All accessories and original packaging should be included. If your item is not in this condition, you may receive a partial refund or no refund.

Products, Open Box, & Demos

Yes we are! We deal directly with our lines (or official regional distributors), and each product carries the full factory warranty.

Most open box items are in like new condition and are typically from a customer demo or return. We test all units for performance and condition before adding to the site.

Each open box item product page will have more details on the specific unit for sale.

Currently we are online only, and do not provide demos. However, we often have open box sales that will allow you to get some great deals if you're not 100% sure which is the right unit for you.
